Submission of a quote request does not create a binding service agreement or guarantee availability.
Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the property and areas scheduled for service. Vehicles, furniture, decorations, pets, gates, and other obstacles should be moved or secured when necessary before service begins.
MackWash LLC may reschedule services when necessary due to weather, unsafe conditions, equipment issues, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Payment is due according to the terms communicated for the applicable service. MackWash LLC may accept payment by card, check, Zelle, cash, or other approved payment methods.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the service.
Customers agree to provide accurate contact information, property information, and service details. Customers should notify MackWash LLC of known hazards, damaged surfaces, leaks, electrical concerns, unsecured fixtures, or other conditions that could affect safe completion of the work.
MackWash LLC will use reasonable care and professional methods when performing services. However, results can vary based on age, staining, oxidation, deterioration, previous damage, porous materials, environmental conditions, and other factors outside our control.
Cleaning may reveal pre-existing damage or deterioration that was previously concealed by dirt, algae, mildew, debris, or staining.
If you have a concern regarding completed work, please contact MackWash LLC promptly so that we have an opportunity to review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
By providing your contact information, you authorize MackWash LLC to contact you regarding your inquiry, quote request, appointment, requested service, account, or customer care matter using the contact information you provide, subject to any consent requirements that apply to the communication.
